Iryonna Hogan graduated from Sienna Heights University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. As a sophomore in college, she discovered her heart filled passion to work with the youth. Hogan has countless volunteer hours at the Boys and Girls Club where she was then hired to be a Team Supervisor because of her impact with the children. Not even six months later, she was promoted to be the Program Coordinator where she was able to implement her own program R.A.R.E...I.
When Hogan graduated from college, she continued her employment with the Boys and Girls Club organization in Grand Rapids, MI. After working with the Boys and Girls Club, she went on to work at the Gerald R. Ford Job Corp center, preparing at risk youth to become employable. Hogan also worked with D.A. Blodgett, where she assisted children and their families in achieving treatment plans objectives and person-centered plans. Hogan has an extensive background in working with the youth and wants to follow her passion by continuing her services to the community through the Meaning In Colors program.
