Workforce Readiness

By combining financial education with career development, we designed a curriculum tailored to students with the intention of personal and professional growth, which gives students a better chance at being sustainable and choosing a pathway that would benefit them long-term. This curriculum is a four phase program. The Empowerment phase, The Education Phase, The Self Sufficiency Phase and the workforce phase. Many individuals face various challenges simultaneously and do not possess the career assessment, problem-solving skills, financial education, or the knowledge they require to move towards self-sufficiency. During our years of experience, we discovered the disparities between workforce development, education, and financial education as it relates to young adults.

This program serves students in grades 7th - 12th and young adults ages 18-24.
